We decided to release the teaser on February 14th because;

Envisioning this: We have a brand-new romantic composition that is just waiting to be released into the world, and it's Valentine's Day, the day of love.

First of all, Valentine's Day is overwhelmingly about feelings, relationships, and love. Releasing a sentimental love song on that day takes advantage of the elevated tender environment. Considering the emotional factor, there has never been a better moment to release a whiff that speaks to love sentiments than now, when people are actively looking for it.

The song is about unfulfilled love, and here is where the twist lies. It's rational; not everyone has found their true love, and many people can connect with the hope, desire, and expectation that accompanies unmet love. By talking about this, the song becomes more inclusive and appealing to people who are looking for their special someone as well as those who are in already in a relationships.

Regarding the marketing strategy, creating expectation is crucial before releasing any product to a market. In our case a few days before to Valentine's, we begin teasing the release with video clips from the set, secret messages and even music bits. To make a stir on social media we started interacting with our audience and encouraged them to use the song and share their own tales of unfulfilled love.

At its core, the secret is to present a unique perspective on love while coordinating our marketing plan with the feelings and anticipations around Valentine's Day. By doing this, we create a lasting memory for our song & become trendsetters in the industry perhaps we well along with establishing a personal connection with our listeners on Valentine's Day. Since love is a global language; understood well by most people, Valentine's Day is a perfect opportunity to release Fool.
